Who provides the service

These terms cover Geomodifier, a service of Pearls and Roses OÜ (registry code 14761524, Karu tn 39-401, 10120 Tallinn, Estonia). Geomodifier is for businesses and professionals.

The service

Geomodifier shows which AI crawlers visit your website, what they are served and how your visibility compares across markets. Scores are estimates. On Pro we ask AI assistants about your business once a month through their APIs and show their answers; the apps themselves may answer differently, and we cannot guarantee how any AI system describes or ranks you.

Your account

You sign in with links sent to your email. Connect only websites you control; we may ask you to prove it with a DNS record. Keep access to your email secure.

Plans and payment

Free covers one website in one language. Pro is billed per website, monthly or yearly in advance, through Stripe and in euros. Pearls and Roses OÜ is not VAT-registered, so no VAT is added.

Pro renews automatically until you cancel it in the billing portal; it then stays active until the end of the paid period. We do not refund unused periods unless the law requires it. We may change prices with 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

Fair use

Do not misuse the service: do not try to break or overload it, get around its limits, or send data about websites you do not control. We may suspend accounts that do.

Data processing agreement

For data about your website's visitors you are the controller and we are your processor under Article 28 GDPR. These terms are your documented instructions. We process the data only to provide the service; keep it confidential and secure; use only the processors named in our privacy policy and tell you before adding new ones; help you answer data subject requests and meet your security and breach-notification duties; and delete the data when you close your account, unless the law requires us to keep it. On request we give you the information needed to show compliance.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Geomodifier available but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change or remove features, and we tell you in advance about changes that materially reduce what you pay for.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect damage or lost profit. This does not limit liability for intent or gross negligence.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Geomodifier at any time. We may end a Free account with 30 days' notice and any account immediately for serious misuse.
